What is outcome-based physical therapy?

Outcome-based physical therapy is a results-driven approach to care that starts with your goals, not just your pain. Instead of focusing only on symptom relief, we ask what you want to get back to doing — whether that’s running a race, lifting confidently, or keeping up with your kids — and build your plan around measurable progress toward that outcome. Your treatment is active, personalized, and designed to improve what you can actually do, not just how you feel in the moment. Every decision, from what we work on to how often you come in, is guided by one question: are you moving closer to your goal?

Do I need a referral from my physician?

Nope!  Although we encourage physician involvement, you do not need a referral in order to be evaluated and treated by a Physical Therapist.

Do you take insurance?

We are considered out of network for all insurance providers.  This allows us to provide you direct access to personalized care without insurance restrictions.  You will receive treatment in one hour blocks and your time will be spent one-on-one with a Physical Therapist.

Where exactly are you located?

I am blessed to have partnered with Active IV & Cryotherapy and have an office located within their building.  This is such a gift to be able to provide our clients with diverse and comprehensive wellness.
