A client came in last year. She'd been managing shoulder pain on and off for eight months, had seen two different providers, and been told both times that everything "looked normal." She was 36 and strong and had been told this was just part of getting older.

It wasn't.

Pain is common. It is NOT normal. And "common" is not the same as "expected" or "unavoidable" or "something you learn to live with." Your body is wonderfully made, and when it's hurting, it's telling you something specific, not something vague about time and age.

We serve active people in NWA who are done with generic answers and ready to know what's actually going on. Every new client at HQ goes through a full movement and load assessment before we touch a single exercise, because we're looking for the driver, not just the symptom. From there, you get a game plan built around your workouts, your schedule, and what getting back actually means to you.

You don't have to just manage it. We want to help you do more of what you love.
