Most runners are getting told
to rest. That's not a plan.

Rest. Ice. A generic exercise sheet. Maybe a 20-minute appointment with someone who sees 30 clients a day and is following a protocol — not listening to you.

That's not why it keeps coming back. The hip that tightens at mile 4, the knee that's fine for two weeks and then flares on a long run, the foot that hurts every morning — those don't go away with rest. They go away when someone figures out what's actually driving them.
